We are looking for an experienced and motivated NDIS Support Coordinator to join our team at our Doncaster East office on a 6-month full-time contract, with the possibility of extension.
This role would suit an experienced Support Coordinator who is confident working independently, understands the NDIS landscape and has strong existing networks within the disability and community services sector.
We are particularly interested in someone who is well connected, proactive and comfortable getting out into the community, building relationships and developing referral pathways that can connect participants with quality support coordination.
You will work closely with NDIS participants, their families and support networks to coordinate services, connect participants with appropriate providers and help them make effective use of their NDIS plans.
Alongside managing your participant caseload, you will be encouraged to develop and maintain strong professional networks across the NDIS sector.
