Job summary

Givaudan in Sydney is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. You will be the key link between customers, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales and GBS, ensuring customer requirements are met efficiently.

You will manage end-to-end order fulfilment, coordinate warehousing and transport, and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain coordination, customer service, and order management.
• Knowledge of inventory management and demand planning.
• Ability to coordinate with warehouses, 3PLs and transport providers.
• Proficient with SAP or similar order management systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfilment, ensuring accurate processing, timely deliveries and a high standard of customer service.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned customers, managing expectations and resolving inquiries and delivery issues.
• Coordinate daily activities with 3PLs, warehouses and transport carriers to ensure efficient storage, movement and delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecasts, collaborate with regional planning teams to support optimisation.
• Coordinate shipping, documentation and packaging, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Work with Sales, Operations, Planning, Quality and GBS teams to resolve issues and meet requirements.
• Support meetings and reviews with updates on forecasts, stock availability and service performance.
• Identify improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction in logistics processes.

In this role, you will be the key link between our customers, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales and Givaudan Business Solutions (GBS) teams, ensuring customer requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

You will manage the end-to-end customer order fulfilment process, coordinate warehousing and logistics activities, and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver an excellent customer experience.

• Customer Service & Order Management: Manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process, ensuring accurate order processing, timely deliveries and a high standard of customer service.

• Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, proactively managing expectations, resolving enquiries, complaints, order changes and delivery issues.

• Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate daily activities with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), warehouses and transport carriers to ensure efficient product storage, movement and delivery.

• Inventory & Demand Planning: Monitor inventory levels and aged stock, maintain customer forecasts in IBP and collaborate with regional planning teams to support inventory optimisation and supply planning.

• Shipping & Compliance: Coordinate shipping arrangements, transport documentation and customer-specific packaging, labelling and delivery requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, Planning, Quality and GBS teams to resolve operational issues and meet customer requirements.

• Customer & Operational Reporting: Support customer meetings and business reviews, providing updates on forecasts, stock availability, supply constraints and service performance.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify and contribute to improvements in customer service, logistics, warehousing and supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

About You

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, organised and solutions-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and build strong working relationships.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Experience in supply chain coordination, customer service, order management, warehousing or logistics operations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective customer and stakeholder relationships.

• Knowledge of SAP or similar order management systems, with an understanding of inventory management processes.

• Experience coordinating with warehouses, transport providers or third-party logistics partners.

• Understanding of shipping processes, Incoterms and transport documentation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• A proactive approach, sound judgement and the ability to resolve issues and manage competing priorities.
