Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a graduate in Supply Chain or related field to manage day-to-day ANZ outsourced distribution in collaboration with 3PL. Based in Horsley Park, NSW, you will coordinate inbound, outbound and returns, liaise with warehouse and transport partners, and support monthly KPI reviews to drive process improvements.

You will work with internal teams on order management, planning, and with GCC and marketing to resolve disruptions.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably in retail, warehousing, logistics or operations.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent Excel skills and data analysis capability.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key interface between internal stakeholders (order management & planning) and external stakeholders (warehouse, transport carriers).
• Ensure orders flow on time and priorities are managed.
• Raise data flow issues to IT and follow up to ensure daily operation is fulfilled on time.
• Validate export shipments from 3PL comply with DG documentation process.
• Review operation requests from 3PL (e.g., write-off, inbound/outbound logistics, month-end volume).
• Facilitate on/offline returns with order management and GCC team.
• Support monthly KPI reviews, process compliance, and EHS follow up.
• Coordinate with marketing teams/brands to resolve supply disruptions.
• Oversee clearance and delivery of inbound freight.
• Coordinate ROAs from B2Bs with 3PL inbound team and brands ELC.
• Update SAP arrival dates for incoming freight as required.
• Assist Logistics Manager with disposal of obsolete/damaged goods.
• Assist in VAS activities.
• Investigate return claims and report findings to ELC stakeholders.
• Manage indirect procurement for 3PL only.
• Update Scorecards for internal and regional meetings.

Overview: This role plays a critical role in managing the day to day operations of the ANZ outsourced distribution in conjunction with 3PL. You will be based out of Horsely Park, NSW and manage daily operational coordination for inbound, outbound and returns flow through coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

• Working as the key interface on day to day operations between internal stakeholders (order management & planning) and external stakeholders (warehouse, transport carriers) to ensure orders flow on time and prioritize are managed
• Any data flow issue gets raised to IT and followed up to ensure daily operation is fulfilled on time
• Validate export shipments from 3PL comply with the DG documentation process
• Ensuring data validation / review of operation request from 3PL e.g write-off, in/outbound Logistics, month end transaction volume.
• Facilitate on/offline returns in cooperation with the order management and GCC team.
• Support monthly KPI review and meeting, process compliance, EHS follow up, etc.
• Coordinating with marketing teams/brands to identify and resolve any issues causing disruptions to the supply chain on advice from Inventory Manager.
• Assist in overseeing clearance and delivery of all inbound freight.
• Co-ordinate RA’s from B2B’s in conjunction with 3PL inbound team as well as Brands ELC.
• Update SAP arrival dates of all incoming freight where required.
• Assist Logistics Manager in arranging / confirming disposal of obsolete/damaged goods.
• Assist in VAS activities.
• Investigate return claims and report findings to ELC stakeholders.
