Primaplas, a leading polymer resins and packaging films supplier in Australia, seeks a Logistics and Sales Support Coordinator for our Sydney team. You will manage end-to-end supply chains, coordinate shipments, and support the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Manage the end-to-end supply chain process.
• Process supplier purchase orders and liaise with overseas suppliers.
• Book, monitor, and manage shipments, liaising with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
• Process customer orders and coordinate deliveries, liaising with warehouses.
• Work closely with the sales team and provide excellent customer service.
• Liaise with customs agents and 3PL.

About the Role

As a Logistics and Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end supply chain while supporting our sales team to provide excellent customer service. You will work closely with overseas suppliers, freight providers, warehouses, customs agents, and customers. Working with the sales team in our Sydney Head Office, you will be managing shipments and scheduling transport for deliveries in an efficiently to ensure we responsively meet and exceed customer expectations.
