KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the Supply Chain Operations and Business Analyst is integral to delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining supply continuity, and driving operational excellence across the Pierre Fabre Australia and New Zealand supply chain network. The role combines supply chain planning, business analytics, inventory management, customer operations, and cross-functional project support to ensure products are available for customers while supporting business growth and profitability.
The successful candidate will use data-driven insights to identify opportunities, manage supply risks, support S&OP activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business
In addition to the above, day-to-day activities will include:
Analyse supply chain, inventory, sales and service level data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities around service, cost and efficiency.
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, KPI tracking and business performance analysis to support decision making.
Support the monthly Supply & Operations Planning (S&OP) process through demand analysis, inventory reviews and supply planning activities.
Manage replenishment planning and stakeholder engagement for key business partners including New Zealand operations and contract manufacturing partners.
Coordinate inbound supply activities, monitor shipment performance and proactively manage supply chain risks.
Support product launches and lifecycle changes to ensure supply readiness and successful execution.
Manage key customer order fulfilment processes, ensuring high service levels and alignment to forecast demand.
Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics providers, contract manufacturers, customers and internal stakeholders.
The right candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Commerce, Analytics or a related discipline.
Experience
Minimum two years' experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, Customer Operations or Business Analytics.
Experience analysing data and developing actionable business insights.
Experience working with ERP and planning systems.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced reporting and data analysis capabilities.
Experience working with inventory management, logistics providers or supply chain operations.
Experience with SAP is advantageous.
Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG or consumer goods sectors is highly regarded
