Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain ERP master data, BOMs, and EDI mappings with accuracy.
• Oversee international inbound freight, landed costs, and customs liaison.
• Coordinate purchasing forecasts, replenishment cycles, and POs with strict rules.
• Run cycle counts, handle quarantine stock, and audit ERP variances.
• Ensure end-to-end B2B order processing and warehouse pick-pack coverage.

Polished Brands is a fast-growing Australian distributor and brand developer delivering household, health, and beauty products to leading national retailers.

We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and detail-driven Supply Chain Coordinator to take ownership of our back-end supply chain mechanics, ERP master data, and international inbound freight. This is not an entry-level scheduling role; it is a senior operational position designed for someone with solid commercial acumen who understands how freight timelines, inventory accuracy, and purchase orders directly influence business cash flow.

In addition to driving inventory and freight integrity, you will serve as the department's core cross-functional anchor - maintaining full operational fluency across our customer fulfillment pipeline to provide seamless coverage for B2B order processing and warehouse dispatch when required.

Key Responsibilities

Master Data & Systems Integrity: Maintain absolute precision across our ERP product databases, GS1 barcode allocations, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and EDI partner mapping (TiHi, retailer pricing).

International Logistics & Landed Costs: Oversee inbound FOB documentation, liaise with freight forwarders and customs clearance agents, coordinate export compliance, and compile accurate landed cost reports.

Purchasing & Forecasting Mechanics: Extract baseline inventory depletion data, monitor replenishment cycles, and execute purchase orders utilizing strict container rounding rules.

Inventory Control & Audit Trails: Coordinate cycle counts, manage quarantine procedures for non-conforming stock, and run root-cause audit trails on ERP stock transaction variances.

Cross-Functional Operations & Order Coverage: Maintain complete end-to-end fluency in daily B2B customer order management, EDI order processing, and warehouse pick-pack allocation, stepping in as the primary operational backup to guarantee uninterrupted fulfillment during peak volumes or team leave.

What We Are Looking For

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in an inventory control, supply chain coordination, or operational analysis role within wholesale, FMCG, or distribution environments.

Commercial Mindset: A clear understanding of the financial mechanics of supply chain operations—including landed cost variances, stock transit accruals, and inventory cash flow impacts.

Technical Rigor: Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities and hands-on proficiency with ERP systems and EDI frameworks (experience with Arrow Financials is advantageous).

High Detail Orientation: A natural "right-the-first-time" standard, with the tenacity to investigate system discrepancies down to the individual transaction rather than passing variances off.

Operational Agility: The versatility to pivot smoothly between high-level analytical tasks and urgent, hands-on order fulfillment support.
