Job summary

Exiis Group Pty. Ltd in Adelaide, Australia, is hiring a hands-on Project Supervisor to coordinate industrial cleaning jobs, liaise with the Scheduling Team, complete reports, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will lead, train, and motivate a small team; act as the main client contact; promote site safety; identify growth opportunities with new and existing clients; and drive continuous improvement through streamlined processes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervising Projects: Liaise with the Scheduling Team, completing reports, conducting audits, and ensuring jobs are delivered on time and on budget.
• Customer Service: Acting as the main point of contact for clients, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations.
• Team Leadership: Supervising, training, and motivating your team to deliver top-notch results.
• Safety: Actively promote and enforce Site Safety
• Business Growth: Building relationships with new and existing clients and identifying opportunities for growth.
