Job summary

Capital Cleaning Group in Canberra is seeking a hands-on Site Operations Cleaning Supervisor to lead our commercial cleaning teams across Canberra and surrounding regions.

You'll supervise, coach and mentor staff while delivering high-quality cleaning services, ensuring safety compliance and strong client relationships on every site. Applicants should be ready for varied shifts and regional travel as required.

Qualifications

• Commercial cleaning experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Current Australian Driver Licence.
• White Card.
• Current Asbestos Awareness Training.
• Current Silica Awareness Training.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check.
• Flexibility to work a varied roster and travel when required.

We're growing and looking for an experienced Site Operations Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.

This isn't a desk job.

You'll lead from the front—working alongside your team to deliver outstanding commercial cleaning and facilities services across Canberra and surrounding regions.

Every day is different. One day you could be leading a builders clean, the next pressure washing a commercial site, training your team or meeting with a client.

You'll have 38 guaranteed hours each week, but flexibility is essential. Our work is driven by client needs, so shifts may include early mornings, evenings, occasional weekends and regional travel (allowances provided).

Essential Requirements

• Commercial cleaning experience.

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.

• Current Australian Driver Licence.

• White Card.

• Flexibility to work a varied roster and travel when required.

Desirable

• Carpet cleaning or specialist cleaning experience.

• EWP Licence.

• Working at Heights.

• First Aid & CPR.

• Experience working on commercial construction or fit-out projects.
