Hard Surface Cleaners Pty Ltd is seeking motivated Commercial & Industrial Pressure Cleaners to join our facility services team. You’ll clean commercial properties and outdoor areas, travel regionally as needed, and work in casual day and night shifts on a safety-conscious crew.

The role includes working at heights, using pressure cleaning equipment, and staying adaptable to site requirements. Training will be provided, with a supportive admin and safety culture across Australia.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
• Team-oriented with ability to work in small crews.
• Reliable and punctual with a safety-focused approach.

Responsibilities

About the role

Join Our Team – Commercial & Industrial Pressure Cleaners

Hard Surface Cleaners is looking for motivated Commercial & Industrial Pressure Cleaners to join our growing facility services team! You’ll be working across a range of commercial and industrial sites, delivering high-quality pressure cleaning services that keep buildings, facilities and outdoor areas looking their best. The role can include work at heights, including ladders, Elevated Work Platforms (EWP) and roofing access work, with opportunities available across casual day and night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Perform high-pressure cleaning services on commercial properties
• Work safely and efficiently at heights when required
• Work as part of a crew of two or three team members
• Maintain attention to detail and ensure quality results
• Travel to regional and interstate locations as required, including overnight stays
• Use technology and smart phone apps as part of daily work

About you

• Enjoy physical and outdoor work
• Comfortable working at heights (ladders, EWP, roof)
• Team player who works well in a crew
• Reliable and available to work
• Punctual and reliable
• Able to perform duties in a safe and efficient manner
• Proficient with technology and smart phone apps
• Current Driver's License
• Available for regional and interstate travel with overnight stays
• No prior experience necessary; full training will be provided
