KADD Facility Group is a Melbourne-based commercial cleaning and facilities management company seeking a hands-on supervisor to oversee day-to-day site performance and ensure high standards across client sites.

You will lead onboarding, train cleaners, manage relationships with clients and subcontractors, and drive the delivery of periodic cleans and new site launches with a focus on profitability and quality.

• Manage hands on the day-to-day performance of your portfolio of client sites.
• Conduct regular cleaning inspections and pick up issues before the client has to raise them.
• Build strong working relationships with cleaners and subcontractors.
• Assist with onboarding and properly inducting and training of new cleaners.
• Coach and retrain cleaners to maintain standards.
• Investigate and resolve complaints.
• Launch and onboard new client sites and supervise their initial cleans.
• Identify opportunities for additional work at existing sites.
• Inspect, scope, estimate and quote periodic services such as carpet cleaning, deep cleans, pressure cleaning and window cleaning.
• Coordinate and supervise approved jobs from quote to completion, making sure they're delivered profitably and to the standard promised.

Key responsibilities

About you

Three years supervisory experience in commercial cleaning or facilities services.

Enough understanding of labour, equipment and time requirements to price smaller jobs accurately.

Confident dealing with clients, and resolving issues.

Organised, reliable, and comfortable using systems to track your work.

Current driver's licence and own vehicle.
