Job summary

Millennium Services Group is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure high standards of cleanliness across our facilities in NSW. This full-time role requires hands-on management and a proactive approach to site operations.

You will supervise rostering, deliver site cleaning services, and train staff to meet safety KPIs. Strong English communication and basic computer skills are essential, as is the ability to motivate a small team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar cleaning supervisor role.
• Experience supervising, rostering, or leading a small team.
• Experience operating cleaning machinery, including sweepers and scrubbers.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Physically fit, proactive, and quick to learn.

• Liaise with clients and support site operations.
• Oversee cleaning equipment and stock control.

The Role:

Millennium is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our facilities.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, and take pride in creating clean and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers.

We have a full-time position available with the following roster:

• Wednesday to Sunday: 6:0 PM to 1:36 AM
• Thursday: 10:00 PM to 5:36 AM

This position is paid in accordance with the applicable award rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard.

About You:

• Demonstrated cleaning experience, preferably in a commercial or retail environment.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, including supervising, rostering, or leading a small cleaning team.
• Experience operating cleaning machinery, including sweepers and scrubbers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to support, motivate, and manage staff while maintaining high cleaning standards.
• Able to complete online induction requirements upon commencement.
• Physically fit, proactive, and quick to learn.
