The ideal candidate will have proven site supervision experience, strong safety knowledge, and excellent client communication skills, ensuring compliance and proactive service delivery.

Responsibilities

About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced and results driven Supervisor to join our growing commercial cleaning division looking after multiple sites. This full-time position (Monday - Saturday with flexibility) offers a competitive salary package and a professional working environment that supports development and performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring service delivery is maintained at a high standard and leading a team of cleaning personnel across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive service delivery

• Proven experience in site or area supervision, preferably within the commercial cleaning or facilities management sector

• Ability to lead and motivate teams across multiple sites
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
