Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking an experienced Property Operations Manager to oversee the operational performance of a growing Sunshine Coast accommodation and property organisation. Working with the General Manager, you will guide teams across Guest Services, Administration and Operations to deliver strong business outcomes, exceptional owner and guest experiences, and consistent service standards.

You will balance commercial priorities with quality service, identify opportunities for improvement,

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management within accommodation, property, hospitality, tourism or related service business.
• Ability to manage teams across departments and implement operational change.
• Strong budgeting, cost management, reporting and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with familiarity of Google Workspace, CRM systems and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor and support departmental teams to meet business objectives and seasonal demand.
• Oversee operational performance and service standards to deliver consistent owner and guest experiences.
• Maintain oversight of financial performance and identify emerging trends.
• Strengthen owner and stakeholder relationships and support retention, occupancy and revenue growth.
• Implement business plans, improve systems and governance, oversee compliance and provide performance insights to the GM.
