This full-time role involves coordinating inspections, handling maintenance requests, and updating tenancy records while providing administrative support.

You will engage with tenants and landlords by phone and email, ensuring timely, accurate record-keeping and a positive, proactive team approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in a property management or administrative role in real estate.
• Strong customer service and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite.
