Job summary

WW Property Group Pty Ltd – Golden Beach QLD is seeking practical, hands-on Property Operations Supervisors to join our on-site team across two Sunshine Coast properties. These part-time, on-site roles cover guest services, bookings, administration, and property presentation, reporting to the Building Manager.

You will supervise housekeeping and contractors, coordinate maintenance and stock, manage check-ins and guest enquiries, and help maintain a high standard of presentation while working

Qualifications

• Experience in accommodation, hospitality, property operations, reception or guest services.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner.
• A team player who communicates well and works cooperatively to share responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the property.
• Well-organised, practical and comfortable managing competing priorities.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities.
• Able to do light physical work, including carrying and shelving linen, chemicals and consumables
• Experienced with REI Cloud, or a willingness to learn with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff and contractors, checking that work is completed to standard and on time.

• Coordinate furniture / appliance changeovers with our external providers and set up décor and inventory between stays.
• Maintain and restock linen, chemicals and consumables, keeping stores organised.
• Maintain a high standard of presentation across the reception, common areas and shared facilities.
• Prepare invoices and process payments for authorisation by the licensee and keep accurate records.
• Proactively identify issues, manage daily priorities and respond to operational needs as they arise.
• Support the wider on-site team and contribute to a cooperative and well-organised working environment.

WW Property Group manages boutique holiday letting and apartment complexes across the Sunshine Coast. We look after the day-to-day operation of our properties, from guest bookings and owner communication through to property presentation, contractor coordination, reporting and administration.

Across our properties, our focus is on providing a consistently high standard of service to guests and owners while ensuring the complex is well-presented, efficiently operated and professionally managed.

About the Role

These are Part-Time positions on a rotating roster covering Monday to Saturday at Pumicestone Blue (Golden Beach), plus two days per week at Casablanca Beachfront Apartments (Kings Beach). This is a Part-Time, on-site position reporting to the Building Manager and working closely with the Operations Team. The role is shared and varied, with the Property Operations Supervisors working together to cover guest services, booking, administration, property presentation, maintenance coordination and general property operations.

You will be a key point of contact for guests and owners and will take ownership of routine operational matters, while working closely with the Building Manager and the on-site team to ensure smooth handovers and consistent service.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, practical and works well as part of a team, while being confident managing day-to-day tasks independently.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Required

• Current right to work in Australia
• Current National Police Certificate (or willing to obtain one), plus an equivalent overseas check if you’ve lived or worked abroad.

• Cash handling and reconciliation experience
• Current First Aid certificate

Hours & Pay

• Part-Time position – Hours to be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate
• $35.00 per hour + applicable penalty rates and superannuation
