Define Property Agents on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Property Manager to support the property management team in delivering exceptional client service. This full-time role involves coordinating inspections, handling maintenance requests, and updating tenancy records while providing administrative support.

You will engage with tenants and landlords by phone and email, ensuring timely, accurate record-keeping and a positive, proactive team approach.

Qualificações

• Experience in a property management or administrative role in real estate.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Define Property Agents' as a Property Manager. In this full-time role, you will be supporting our property management team in delivering exceptional service to our clients on the Sunshine Coast.

What you'll be doing

Coordinating and completing property inspections, and managing maintenance requests

Managing tenant and landlord enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.

Updating property and tenancy records

Providing general administrative support to the property management team as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar property management assistant or administrative role, within the real estate industry

Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders

Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records

A positive, proactive and collaborative approach to work
