Job summary

Rockcote Enterprises on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our presence across the region. You will combine new business development with managing existing accounts, taking ownership of your territory and building relationships to secure opportunities and drive revenue.

In this role you will travel across the Sunshine Coast and regional Queensland, develop a strong sales pipeline, and promote Rockcote’s coating and render systems with consultative,

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development or new business sales with targets achieved.
• Ability to develop new markets and grow a sales pipeline.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in construction, building products, architectural or related industries.
• Consultative selling and influencing project specifications or product selection.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business and project opportunities across the Sunshine Coast and regional Queensland.
• Manage existing customer accounts, maintaining relationships and growing sales.
• Build strategic relationships across construction, building products and design industries.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Promote coating and render systems through consultative selling and technical advice.
• Engage with project stakeholders to influence product selection and specifications.
• Coordinate site visits and collaborate with customers and internal teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Represent Rockcote at industry events, trade shows, and training sessions.
