You will leverage relationships across construction and design sectors, promoting Rockcote’s coating systems with consultative selling and technical expertise.

• Proven track record in business development or new business sales.
• Ability to open new markets, build pipelines and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Experience selling into construction, architectural or related industries.
• Experience influencing project specifications through consultative selling.

• Identify, develop and secure new project opportunities across Sydney and surrounding areas.
• Build and grow relationships across the construction and design industry.
• Develop and manage a strong project pipeline to deliver revenue growth.
