Rockcote Enterprises is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow its presence across the Greater Brisbane market. You will identify opportunities, build a robust pipeline and drive revenue through consultative selling of Rockcote’s coatings and render systems.

The role requires a proven track record in new business development, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel across the Greater Brisbane region.

Formación

• Proven success in business development or new business sales with a track record of achieving targets.
• Ability to develop new markets and build a sales pipeline that converts opportunities into revenue.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Experience in construction, building products, architectural, engineering or related industries is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop and secure new project opportunities across Greater Brisbane.
• Build strategic relationships across the construction, building products and design industries.
• Develop and manage a robust project pipeline to achieve sustainable revenue growth.
• Promote Rockcote’s coating and render systems through consultative, solution-based selling.
• Influence project specifications and system selection through product knowledge and technical advice.
• Coordinate site visits and work with customers and internal teams to support successful project outcomes.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Represent Rockcote at industry events, trade shows, site meetings and product training sessions.
