Bespoke Careers is seeking a Proposals and Studio Support Coordinator on a contract basis with optional part-time or full-time hours in Sydney, Australia. The role suits an organized, detail-driven professional with 2+ years supporting design or professional services teams.

The position focuses on fee proposals, document management, data entry, and maintaining marketing submission templates to keep studio operations efficient and consistent.

Competenze

• 2+ years supporting architecture, design, engineering, or professional services teams.
• Experience preparing fee proposals and supporting business development activities.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and template editing.

Mansioni

• Prepare and coordinate fee proposals, capability statements, and other business development documentation.
• Maintain and update InDesign templates and ensure documents meet company standards.
• Assist with preparation, formatting, and proofreading of submissions and client-facing documents.
• Manage data entry across internal systems, databases, and project registers.
• Maintain accurate filing systems and document control processes.
• Support administration of project information, including templates and reporting docs.
• Coordinate studio administration tasks including scheduling and document distribution.
• Assist with upkeep of contact databases and business development records.
• Provide broader administrative support to studio leadership and project teams.
