Job summary

Stantec Australia is seeking an experienced Proposals Coordinator to join our Community Development team. You will coordinate high-quality proposals, capability statements, presentations and other materials, helping teams respond to opportunities promptly and consistently.

The role spans proposal development, opportunity response coordination and knowledge/process management. Based in Canberra or other listed offices, you’ll collaborate with project teams, BD leads, and specialists to deliver

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary education, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Experience coordinating proposals, bids or business development materials in engineering or professional services.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal development and material preparation, including content and visuals.
• Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and branding consistency.
• Manage timelines, owners and deadlines for proposal submissions.
• Maintain opportunity information in Pipeline and support knowledge sharing.
• Assist with bid writing, graphics and desktop publishing as needed.
