Job summary

Box Hill Institute seeks a Senior Student Success Program Manager to lead the strategic and operational oversight of the Student Success Program. You will drive planning, governance, reporting and evaluation to improve student wellbeing, engagement, retention and completion for diverse groups.

You will collaborate across Student Life, faculties and external partners to deliver an evidence-informed approach to student success, working within budget and timelines to achieve meaningful outcomes for

Qualifications

• A relevant degree or postgrad qualification in project management, community services, health promotion, student support, education, public sector administration or related discipline, or equivalent senior-level experience.
• Significant experience leading complex programs or externally funded projects from planning through implementation and evaluation.
• Proven people leadership experience and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the Student Success service model, including workforce planning and escalation pathways.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Student Success Coordinators.
• Oversee program governance, reporting, budget monitoring and risk management.
