Job summary

Box Hill Institute is hiring three Student Success Coordinators to lead the Wrap Around Services Program across campuses. You will proactively engage at-risk students, coordinate tailored support, and work with faculties and Student Life services to boost retention and success.

The roles are full-time, fixed-term until 31 December 2029, with 12% superannuation. Join a supportive environment with flexible work, on-site parking and ongoing career progression.

Qualifications

• This role requires a degree in Social Work, Community Services or related discipline.
• Experience in student support, case coordination and early intervention.
• Ability to coordinate referrals and monitor outcomes for diverse needs.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify students at risk and engage them using attendance and engagement data.
• Deliver outreach and re-engagement activities in early study weeks.
• Develop and monitor individual support plans tailored to needs.
• Coordinate referrals to wellbeing, financial, housing, and other supports.
• Act as a key contact for faculties and student services.
• Maintain accurate case records and reporting.
• Support orientations and student life initiatives.
• Contribute to system improvements and referral pathways.
