Job summary
Chisholm Institute is seeking a Student Success & Retention Specialist to join the Student Support and Engagement team. The role focuses on strengthening student success, course completion, and proactive, personalised student support across priority programs.
Responsibilities include leading student voice activities, monitoring disengagement, and coordinating targeted supports with delivery areas and Student Support teams to help students continue their studies wherever possible.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree or postgraduate qualification in education related services.
- Experience in program design, community services or education welcomed.
Responsibilities
- Lead student voice activities, focus groups, and targeted consultations.
- Provide proactive, personalised support to priority programs and at-risk learners.
- Monitor disengagement indicators and coordinate targeted supports across teams.
- Collect and communicate qualitative and quantitative feedback for service improvements.
- Support onboarding and retention of commencing students in first 6–8 weeks.
