Job summary

Box Hill Institute in Melbourne is seeking a Student Success Program Manager to oversee the strategic and operational delivery of the Student Success Program, ensuring activities are delivered on time, within budget and achieve meaningful outcomes for students facing participation barriers.

You will work across Student Life, faculties, government bodies and external providers to shape an evidence-informed approach to student success, driving continuous improvement and impactful partnerships.

Qualifications

• Requires a relevant degree or postgraduate qualification and extensive senior-level experience.
• Experience leading complex programs or externally funded projects from planning through to evaluation.
• Strong governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, reporting and contract milestone delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the Student Success service model, including workforce planning and service quality.
• Provide leadership and support to Student Success Coordinators with workload management and professional practice oversight.
• Oversee program governance, milestones, reporting, budget monitoring, risk management and compliance.
