Box Hill Institute is seeking a Senior Organisation Development Specialist to drive leadership capability, workforce performance and employee engagement across the Institute.

You will lead high-impact programs, partner with senior leaders, design and evaluate organisation-wide initiatives, and deliver practical solutions that shape the employee experience and culture. This permanent, full-time role offers high visibility and significant influence within the People & Culture function.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering organisation development initiatives in complex environments.
• Experience in leading talent and succession planning processes, and leadership programs.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including working with senior leaders to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisation-wide leadership and capability projects aligned with teaching and professional environments.
• Drive talent development, succession planning and employee engagement programs.
• Provide high-quality advice to leaders on talent, leadership, capability and team effectiveness initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR to deliver strategic workforce solutions.
• Design and facilitate workshops, programs and organisational change initiatives.
• Utilise workforce data and insights to inform decision-making and evaluate outcomes.
• Apply contemporary thinking to design frameworks and programs strengthening organisational effectiveness.
• Build strong stakeholder partnerships and influence across the organisation.
