Job summary

Australian National University (ANU) seeks an Administrative Officer for ANU One.

You will provide administrative, coordination and student engagement support, serving as a primary contact for student enquiries and assisting governance and secretariat functions for ANU One.

Reporting to the Manager, Student Engagement and Operations, you will monitor student engagement records and help implement wellbeing initiatives across ANU One.

Qualifications

• Degree with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
• Experience in a higher education or student services environment highly regarded.
• Strong administrative, student support or customer service experience with ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, coordination and student engagement support to ANU One students and act as a key point of contact for student enquiries.
• Manage student enquiries, provide secretariat support to the ANU One Board of Studies and support administration and governance of ANU One.
• Monitor and maintain records relating to student engagement, attendance and academic progress; identify students who may require additional support.
• Coordinate and implement student engagement activities and initiatives that support transition, success, retention and wellbeing; work with colleagues across ANU One and the University.
