Job summary

Australian National University (ANU) is seeking a Senior Manager 1 (Administration) to lead the ANU One student engagement and operations team, delivering pathway programs and services with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.

You will oversee strategies, policies and systems, provide high‑level advisory support on risk and service delivery, and represent ANU One to internal and external stakeholders. This is a fixed‑term, full‑time role based in Canberra.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex operational or service delivery functions.
• Strong program and service development skills.
• Risk management, compliance and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the student engagement and operational functions of ANU One to deliver pathway programs and services.
• Provide high‑level advice on operations, compliance and service delivery; monitor and improve effectiveness.
• Represent ANU One across the University and with external partners; deputise for the Business Manager when required.
