Job summary

The Australian National University (ANU) invites applications for the Senior Manager 2 (Administration) to lead ANU One, the pathway programs initiative, and oversee operation and strategic development.

This critical role combines operational leadership with strategic oversight across HR, legal, compliance, governance and reporting, marketing, IT and facilities as ANU One matures. You will work with senior leaders to deliver student-centered services and engage stakeholders across the university.

Qualifications

• You will have demonstrated experience leading complex operational or service delivery functions, ideally in a higher education or similarly complex environment.
• Strong skills in program and service development, policy and process implementation, risk management, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Experienced people leader with ability to manage competing priorities, resources and multiple administrative functions with a focus on student-centered service delivery.
