Qualifications

• Hold a tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of education and customer service experience.
• Experience in high-demand frontline environments.
• Ability to work across in-person and virtual channels.
• Experience supporting diverse client groups.
• Proficient in CRM and student systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate enrolment and course planning advice across all coursework degrees, in person and online.
• Resolve complex student enquiries using University systems, escalating as needed.
• Contribute to information content, presentations and workshops for students and staff.
• Support training, coaching and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Participate in events and peak service periods, maintaining service standards.
