Job summary

Intro Recruitment Solutions seeks a Structural Foreman for a large commercial project in Ipswich. You will lead structural trades on a $100m, 7-storey carpark and coordinate subcontractors with the project team to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to high standards.

Ideal candidates have Tier 1 or strong Tier 2 experience, IR knowledge, and a proven track record delivering multi-million-dollar developments in a demanding, large-scale environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or relevant tertiary qualification preferred.
• Experience with Tier 1 or high-performing Tier 2 builders.
• Sound knowledge of industrial relations (IR).
• Proven ability to deliver high-value, multi-million-dollar developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate structural trades and subcontractors.
• Manage delivery of a $100m, 7-storey carpark on time and to spec.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful project delivery.

To be successful you will have the following

• A degree in Construction Management or a relevant tertiary qualification (preferred)
• Experience working within a Tier 1 or a high-performing Tier 2 builder

• Proven ability to deliver large-scale, multi-million-dollar developments

Opportunity

As a structural Foreman, you will play a key role in the delivery of a $100m 7 story carpark, featuring over 2000 parking bays.

You will lead and coordinate structural trades and subcontractors, working closely with the broader project team to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

You must have proven Tier 1 or strong Tier 2 structural experience, along with the leadership skills, work ethic, and attitude required to succeed in a demanding, large-scale commercial environment.
