Randstad is seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to lead on-site structural execution for a $90M vertical aged care development in Brisbane. Working with the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will drive milestones, coordinate trades, and ensure safe, quality construction.

The role requires trade or tertiary qualifications in construction, a proven track record delivering large-scale projects in Australia, and the ability to manage teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Trade or Tertiary Qualifications in Construction.
• Experience delivering large scale projects in Australia with Tier 1 or 2 head contractor in a supervisor role.
• Strong build knowledge and ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

The Role

• Structures Foreman on a $90M Vertical Aged Care Development
• Working collaboratively with your Site Manager and Project Manager to achieve key milestones and drive programme
• Ability to work autonomously looking after structures and managing large numbers of trades and direct staff
• Excellent build knowledge and people management
• We are looking for a foreman who can both work within a large team but with the ability to work autonomously as required

Experience/Qualifications Required

• Trade or Tertiary Qualifications in Construction
• A track record in delivering large scale projects within Australia with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor in a supervisor role
• Strong build knowledge and ability to work autonomously
• An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders alike
