Job summary

THEM in Sydney seeks an experienced Structures Foreman to lead on a $100M class 2 project, guiding the works from excavation through to topping out. You will manage site operations and drive performance with a hands-on leadership style.

Deliverables include coordinating trades, maintaining a sharp focus on safety and quality, and thoroughly documenting all structural processes to support milestones across demo, excavation, pour and final topping out.

Owners and Senior Leadership team with a clear strategy and drive performance from the top down in a very hands on manner.
Managing multiple developments across different asset classes that are all at different stages and engagement types.
Looking for a solid Foreman with strengths in structures to support an awesome project team on a high profile project.

ROLE

This is a Structures Foreman role on a $100M class 2 project in central Sydney.
You will be a crucial person to drive the project from excavation through to topping out.
Main responsibilities will be total site control/management, coordination of trades, Quality/Safety/Compliance management and accurate documentation of all structures processes.

YOU

An experienced Foreman with many projects you can refer to that highlight your strengths in structures and bringing large complex projects up out of the ground.
Capable of driving performance through methodical planning and preparation and professional leadership of your team/subbies.
Have an uncompromising approach to safety and quality and are across the detail at every stage.
Know what it takes to maintain momentum and hit every milestone from demo, excavation, concrete pours and topping out and can forecast and report accurately.
Successfully delivered a 15-20 story apartment building under the DBP Act in the $70m- $100M range in the last couple of years.
