Job summary

Redion ANZ is seeking a Strategy Manager to drive the execution of the three-year strategic plan, working with senior leaders to translate strategy into actionable initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes. This hands-on role blends strategic thinking, analysis, and stakeholder engagement to support growth, performance and organisational change.

You'll help deliver Redion ANZ’s roadmap for 2026-2028 with a focus on implementing initiatives that move the business forward.

Qualifications

Experience from a Tier 1 strategy consulting firm at Manager level with a track record of delivering outcomes.
Strong analytical skills using data to support decision making and strategy.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities for executive stakeholders.
Knowledge of insurance or financial services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute Redion ANZ's 3-year strategic plan.
Conduct market, competitor and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Lead and deliver key initiatives from concept through to implementation.
Align business priorities, resources and operations to strategic objectives.
Prepare high-quality business reviews and recommendations for executives.
