• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of supporting business, digital or technology initiatives from discovery through to delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience mapping and improving business processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across business, product and technology teams.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the confidence to challenge thinking and drive positive results.

• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to understand challenges and align on priorities.
