Redion ANZ is seeking a Strategy Manager to drive the execution of the three-year strategic plan, working with senior leaders to translate strategy into actionable initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes. This hands-on role blends strategic thinking, analysis, and stakeholder engagement to support growth, performance and organisational change.

You'll help deliver Redion ANZ’s roadmap for 2026-2028 with a focus on implementing initiatives that move the business forward.

Competenze

• Experience from a Tier 1 strategy consulting firm at Manager level with a track record of delivering outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills using data to support decision making and strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for executive stakeholders.
• Knowledge of insurance or financial services is advantageous.

About the role

As Strategy Manager, you will help drive the execution of Redion ANZ’s strategic priorities, working closely with senior leaders to translate strategy into actionable initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes. This is a hands-on role where you will combine strategic thinking, analysis, and stakeholder engagement to support growth, performance, and organisational change.

Supporting the delivery of Redion ANZ’s three-year strategic plan and 2026-2028 roadmap, you will lead key projects, monitor progress against strategic objectives, and identify opportunities to enhance business performance. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who enjoys solving complex problems and turning strategy into action.

• Partner with senior leaders to support the development and execution of Redion ANZ’s 3-year strategic plan.
• Conduct market, competitor and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends and strategic priorities.
• Lead and deliver key initiatives within the 2026-2028 strategic roadmap, driving outcomes from concept through to implementation.
• Align business priorities, resources and operational activities to support the achievement of strategic objectives.
• Prepare high-quality business reviews, presentations and recommendations for executive and group-level stakeholders.
• Monitor strategic initiatives and business performance, providing insights, reporting and recommendations to keep plans on track.
• Build strong relationships across the organisation, influencing stakeholders and providing data-driven support to inform executive decision making.

What you’ll bring

• Experience from a Tier 1 strategy consulting firm, currently operating at Manager level with a strong track record of delivering strategic outcomes.
• A degree in Business, Economics, Commerce or a related discipline, with an MBA or postgraduate qualification highly regarded.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex business challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with experience using data, market insights and performance metrics to support decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
• Proven project management experience, successfully leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy development through to execution.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry or broader financial services sector, with an understanding of market dynamics, customer trends and competitive landscapes.
