You’ll investigate opportunities, build the commercial case and drive clear decisions that translate into actionable roadmaps and initiatives across Lion’s businesses.

Qualifications

• Strong strategic and structured problem-solving capability.
• Commercial and financial acumen to understand value creation.
• Experience in a complex FMCG environment or similar sector.
• Finance or Supply Chain exposure is valuable for breadth.
• Ability to connect and simplify enterprise-wide opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Explore medium and long-term growth and performance opportunities across ANZ.
• Lead discovery and definition of complex strategic projects.
• Build business cases assessing value, investment, risk and trade-offs.
• Explore future scenarios and challenge assumptions for decision making.
• Connect Lion, Kirin and external partners to opportunities.
• Turn strategic choices into priorities, roadmaps and actions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing.
