Job summary

Lion in Sydney is seeking a Senior Strategy Manager to shape Lion’s future across Australia and New Zealand. The role focuses on exploring markets, partnerships and business models with Kirin and external partners, translating complex questions into commercial decisions.

You’ll investigate opportunities, build the business case and present a clear path to decision, driving long-term value for Lion across ANZ.

Qualifications

• Strong strategic and structured problem-solving capability.
• Commercial and financial acumen to create value.
• Experience in a complex environment, ideally FMCG.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Explore medium and long-term growth and performance opportunities across Australia and New Zealand.
• Lead the discovery and definition of complex strategic projects.
• Build business cases that assess value creation, investment, risks and trade-offs.
• Explore future scenarios and challenge assumptions to strengthen decision making.
• Connect opportunities and capabilities across Lion, Kirin and external partners.
• Turn strategic choices into clear priorities, roadmaps and actions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Technology, Insights and Planning
