Job summary

Australian Catholic University is seeking a Business Analyst within the Workforce Systems Data Governance & Reporting team. You will design, develop and implement people management system solutions and supporting processes, collaborating with university stakeholders to ensure alignment with project strategy.

Experience with HRIS platforms such as Aurion, Workday or SAP is highly desirable. This full-time, permanent role offers hybrid flexibility, with campuses in North Sydney and Brisbane.

Qualifications

• Experience with people management, HRIS or payroll systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to consult with stakeholders and translate business needs into system requirements.
• Familiarity with process mapping, requirements, test plans and user guides.

About The Role

Operating within Workforce Systems Data Governance & Reporting, the Workforce Systems, Business Analyst will provide consultation, advice and support to stakeholders across ACU to develop and implement system based people management solutions and related supporting processes. The position develops and maintains project documentation including design and development of process maps, business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, training content and user guides. The Business Analyst will also establish effective, collaborative relationships with People & Capability, university stakeholders and external providers to ensure the delivery of work is aligned with the project strategy, goals and business needs.

Previous experience and knowledge of managing people management, HRIS or Payroll systems particularly Aurion, Workday, SAP or similar large scale platforms is highly desirable.

• Total remuneration valued to $124,509 - $134,699 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $105,212 - $113,823 (pro rata) pa (HEW 7), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
• 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
• Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
