Job summary

Securitas is seeking a dedicated Workforce Planner to optimize rosters and ensure staffing aligns with operational demand across client accounts. The role collaborates with Operations, Recruitment, HR and Compliance to keep rosters accurate, compliant and ready for demand shifts.

The position focuses on forward planning, live rosters, and utilisation, with standard business hours and no overnight coverage. Strong data skills and communication are essential.

• Experience in workforce planning, rostering, scheduling, operations or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• Ability to analyse workforce data and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Workforce Planning - Develop and maintain accurate forward rosters across allocated sites and accounts.
• Roster Management - Maintain rosters, ensuring shifts align with availability, qualifications and licences.
• Shift Coverage & Workforce Utilisation - Coordinate coverage and monitor overtime usage.
• Compliance & Workforce Readiness - Monitor licences, training, and competency expiries.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration - Liaise with Operations, Recruitment, HR and Account Management.
• Reporting & Analysis - Use data to support decisions and improve workforce analytics.
