Job summary

Certis Security Australia is seeking a highly organised Workforce Planner to join our Operations team. You will ensure the right people with the right skills are in the right place at the right time, delivering seamless service while maintaining compliance, efficiency and cost control across a 24/7 environment.

You’ll build and maintain rosters, support payroll readiness and partner with leaders to optimise workforce performance in a fast-paced security operations setting.

Qualifications

• Previous workforce planning, rostering or scheduling experience.
• Strong understanding of Awards, Enterprise Agreements and payroll impacts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, cost and publish accurate forward rosters.
• Ensure compliance with Awards, EAs and fatigue management.
• Manage leave planning and workforce availability.
• Monitor overtime and unrecovered labour costs.
• Maintain data integrity in the workforce management system.
• Conduct roster reconciliations and payroll preparation.
• Produce workforce planning and operational reports.
• Collaborate with Site Managers, Client Services Managers and Payroll teams to ensure service continuity.
