Job summary

Focused on Care is seeking an experienced Workforce and Rostering Coordinator to join our Service Delivery team in Queensland. You will oversee rostering operations, ensure shifts meet client needs, and work with HR to maintain workforce compliance.

You'll also use data and reporting to forecast staffing requirements and support payroll accuracy. In this role you will lead the rostering team, manage systems, and produce weekly and monthly reports for the Senior Leadership team while maintaining

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Workforce Management, HR, Business, Community Services, Disability or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Ability to interpret and apply the SCHADS award.
• NDIS disability sector/healthcare experience.
• Strong attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication with diverse groups.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High motivation with strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rostering team and rostering system.
• Roster in line with client needs and plans.
• Ensure shifts are entered correctly for payroll and billing.
• Align rosters with award requirements.
• Complete weekly and monthly reporting for Senior Leadership.
• Forecast staffing needs using data and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure workforce compliance.
