Service Stream is seeking a Performance and Forecasting Planner in Melbourne, VIC, to coordinate the operational performance of the Performance and Forecasting group within the Workforce Planning department. This permanent full-time role focuses on forecasting accuracy, data insights, and stakeholder collaboration to support service delivery.

The ideal candidate will analyse historical data, manage workforce demand, onboard technicians, and implement best practices using Power BI analytics

Qualifications

• Experience forecasting and resource modelling in a fast-paced workforce environment.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Stakeholder management across regulatory contexts is required.

Responsabilités

• Schedule the workforce in line with client forecasts and ensure compliance documents are in place.
• Analyse historical data and business trends to develop accurate workforce demand forecasts.
• Assess contract requirements and technician skills; identify gaps and strategies to bridge them.
• Onboard technicians and coordinate sourcing strategies with top subcontractors.
• Collect and analyse workforce data to generate insights for decision-making.
• Monitor workforce performance and provide improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive forecasting improvements.
• Implement best practices and leverage analytical tools to enhance forecasting.
