Job summary

Fulton Hogan Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a proactive Workforce Planner to join the People & Culture team, based at the Richmond Corporate Office. You will combine workforce data, project information and operational requirements to forecast current and future resource needs across Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia, identifying gaps and redeployment opportunities to optimise delivery.

Collaborating with project and operational leaders, you will support recruitment planning and day-to-day

Qualifications

Must have strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
Proficient in Excel and handling large datasets.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights for decision-makers.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in workforce planning or recruitment is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain workforce forecasts across the Southern Region.
Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and risks.
Collaborate with project leaders to understand current and future resource needs.
Identify opportunities for movement and redeployment of staff between projects.
Support mobilisation, demobilisation and recruitment planning in the region.
Assist with day-to-day People & Culture activities in Victoria, Tasmania and SA.
