Job summary

Diversey, a Solenis company, is seeking a commercially minded Territory Manager to drive sales growth across NSW and support our distributor network. You will build strong relationships with customers and distributors, deliver product demonstrations and ensure targets are met, with travel within the territory and a company vehicle provided.

This field-based role offers a competitive salary package plus incentives, ongoing training and career progression within a global leader delivering hygiene

Qualifications

• Prior experience in B2B sales or territory management.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the territory.
• Experience in hygiene, cleaning, hospitality, healthcare, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and profitability across your territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Conduct customer reviews and business planning meetings.
• Partner with distributors to drive sales performance and market growth.
• Coach and support distributor sales teams through field visits.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and technical advice.
• Manage service schedules and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Provide accurate reporting, forecasting and business updates to management.
