Job summary

Diversey, a Solenis company, is seeking a commercially minded Territory Manager to drive sales growth and support our distributor network across NSW. You will grow sales, build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and deliver demonstrations and technical advice to ensure value from our solutions.

Travel within the territory is expected; a current driver's licence is required and there is a focus on achieving targets with a strong commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or account management.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow accounts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and profitability across your territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Conduct customer reviews and business planning meetings.
• Partner with distributors to drive sales performance and market growth.
• Coach and support distributor sales teams through regular field visits.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and technical advice.
• Manage service schedules and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Provide accurate reporting, forecasting and business updates to management.
