Job summary

Stryker’s Vocera division in Adelaide is seeking a Territory Manager to promote software solutions across SA, WA and NT. This role focuses on building strong hospital relationships and delivering tailored workflows to improve patient care.

Based in Adelaide, you will drive B2B sales, develop territory strategies, and collaborate with customer success and technical teams to ensure successful software implementation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales
• Strong focus on meeting and exceeding targets
• Ability to analyse data/trends for forecasting and opportunities
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills across hospital stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and close new opportunities in SA/WA/NT, focusing on hospitals and aged care
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to grow key accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and clinical teams for long-term success
• Collaborate with customer success and technical teams to ensure smooth software implementation
