Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Territory Manager for the Surgical Technologies division in VIC/TAS, responsible for hospitals and healthcare facilities across Metropolitan West, Ballarat and Tasmania. You’ll drive strategic sales plans, build critical hospital relationships, and demonstrate Neptune 3, Neptune S, and SafeAir solutions to improve operating room safety and efficiency.

Role involves travel within Victoria and occasional trips to Tasmania, with a global Fortune 500 backing and multiple

Qualifications

Proven sales success with targets exceeded in prior roles.
Strong communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences.
Strategic business sense with market analysis skills.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Victoria and to Tasmania.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to exceed targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share.
Build relationships with nurses, theatre managers, biomedical engineers, procurement teams and hospital leadership.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Deliver product demonstrations, educational sessions, and training programs.
Provide post-sale clinical support and exceptional customer service.
