Stryker Corporation is seeking a Territory Manager to lead sales across VIC/TAS in surgical technologies, covering Neptune3, NeptuneS, and SafeAir solutions. You will manage hospital accounts, build relationships with nurses, theatre managers, biomedical engineers, and procurement teams, and drive adoption of advanced capital equipment.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to exceed targets
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share
• Build strong relationships with nurses, theatre managers, biomedical engineers, procurement teams and hospital C-Suite
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction

Who You Are

Minimum Requirements

• Proven success in sales with a track record of exceeding targets (3+ years)
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences
• Strategic mindset with business acumen and market analysis skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Victoria and occasional trips to Tasmania

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health, Business, Nursing, Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of hospitals and selling in the healthcare setting
