Job summary

AAM Investment Group is seeking an experienced Talent, Learning & Capability Lead to shape our talent acquisition, workforce capability and leadership development across our national operations.

The role blends talent strategy, workforce planning, learning and development, and succession planning to build a capable, engaged workforce. You will partner with HR leaders to prioritise workforce needs and drive initiatives that support strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, learning and development, or workforce capability.
• Ability to translate business priorities into talent and development initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, including attraction, sourcing, selection and onboarding.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify current and future workforce requirements and risks.
• Develop and deliver enterprise learning and leadership development programs.
• Embed capability frameworks and career pathways for progression.
• Coordinate graduate, apprenticeship and traineeship programs.
• Provide reporting and analytics to inform workforce decisions.
